What is Apna Khata Rajasthan?

To promote digitization in India, many state governments have provided their state residents the facility of getting land related information online.

Residents of Rajasthan can get information related to their land by accessing the Apna Khata Portal launched by the Rajasthan State Government. For small tasks and general inquiries related to land, the people of Rajasthan are no longer required to visit Tehsil Patwari’s office. Using the Apna Khata Rajasthan portal, Rajasthan state residents can view the Records of Rights (RoR) online easily.

About Apna Khata Rajasthan

Apna Khata portal is an initiative of the Rajasthan Government to prevent scams related to land and provide easy access to land records in Rajasthan. Apna Khata portal is also known as e-Dharti portal. So, don’t get confused between them as they’re one and the same.

Bhulekh Rajasthan (land records of Rajasthan) and Land Records of Rights (RoR) are available on Apna Khata portal. Apna Khata digitally maintains the land records and helps to prevent frauds related to the property. Additionally, Apna Khata also provides services such as ownership information and easy access to details related to land.

Land records in Apna Khata Raj are maintained by the Revenue Department of Rajasthan State Government. Such records are computerized land records and can be easily accessed by Rajasthan residents using Apna Khata. 

It is important to note that Apna Rajasthan does not provide land records of years before 1920.
