According to the officials, 750 people have registered in Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme 2024 while 405 people have registered in DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme 2024 on 22nd August. In DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme 2024, 414 people registered in the first two days. The registration for this specific scheme began on 21st August.

The eligibility criteria for this scheme is defined below:
A total of 34,177 flats are being offered at discounted rates by the Delhi Development Authority under the Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme. The flats prices start at Rs. 11.5 lakh and go up to Rs. 28.47 lakh. The Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is specifically designed for low-income groups and economically weaker sections. The housing units under this scheme are being offered in Siraspur, Ramgarh Colony, Rohini, Narela and Lok Nayak Puram.
The registration for this DDA housing scheme 2024 began on 22nd August, 2024 at 11 am. The booking of flats under this scheme will begin from 10th September, 2024 at 11 am onwards (as stated in the DDA brochure). This scheme will close on March 31, 2025.
To apply for this scheme, visit DDA portal and create login credentials using PAN and other details. Then login with the same and register for DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme by paying a registration fee of Rs. 2500 online. This fee is non-refundable.

This DDA scheme offers 5,531 flats which range from Rs. 29 lakh to Rs. 2.18 crore lakh. Whether you belong to the high-income group (HIG), medium-income group (MIG) or low-income group (LIG), you are eligible for this scheme. The registration of DDA flats under this scheme began on 22nd August, 2024. The flat booking will take place from 10th September, 11 am onwards.
The flats are being offered on a first-come-first-serve basis, so hurry up! The scheme will close on 31st March, 2025. The DDA Madhyam Vargiya Housing Scheme is offering housing units at different localities such as Narela, Loknayakpuram and Jasola.
If you are interested in applying under this scheme, you must visit the official DDA website and create login credentials using PAN and other details. Using the same, you must register for this scheme by paying a registration fee of Rs. 2,500 online. This amount is non-refundable.

The DDA housing scheme 2024 known as DDA Dwarka Housing Scheme offers a total of 173 flats with prices ranging from Rs. 1.28 crore to Rs. 5 crore. Under this scheme, the flats are being offered in the upscale areas of Sector 14, 16B and 19B. located in Dwarka, through online auction.
Registration for the DDA Dwarka scheme began on 21st August. 16th September, 2024 has been decided as the last date for online registration for participating in online auction and submission of online EMD. By 19th September, the application’s final submission must be made by 6 pm.
On 20th September, DDA will make an announcement regarding the e-auction schedule. From 24th September onwards, the online e-auction will take place. The participants must get themselves registered on the e-auction portal and pay a non-refundable and non-adjustable fees of Rs. 2500 against the flat they want to bid for.
