About SSOID Rajasthan?

SSOID full form is Single Sign On ID. Rajasthan SSOID was launched in 2013 by the Rajasthan Government. It is a single-digit identity for all applications. SSO ID Rajasthan is a user-friendly online service which makes it easier for individuals to avail various e-services on a single platform.

 

With a single login, an individual can easily get access to 100 government online services because of Rajasthan SSOID. Using the Rajasthan SSO option, the users can easily get access to the e-Mitra portal, apply for arms licenses, apply for government jobs, educational opportunities, apply for Jan Aadhaar card, etc.

How to Obtain Rajasthan SSOID registration?

Rajasthan SSOID registration requires the Rajasthan Government’s Jan Aadhaar Card or Google account details. Candidates who are permanent residents of Rajasthan can use Jan Aadhaar Card whereas candidates who do not have a Jan Aadhaar card can use Google account option.

 

The following steps are involved in Rajasthan SSOID Registration process:

Step 1: Visit the official Rajasthan SSO portal.

Step 2: Choose the ‘Registration’ tab and then click on ‘Citizen’ option.

Step 3: Click on either Jan Aadhaar or Google Account login button

Step 4: If you choose Jan Aadhaar option, you need to enter Jan Aadhaar ID/Enrollment Number. If you choose the Google Account option, login with your official Google ID.

Step 5: In the next step, fill in your name, family head’s name, and all other members and then click on the ‘Send OTP’ button.

Step 6: After entering the OTP, click on ‘Verify OTP’ option for SSOID registration process’s completion.

 

Once SSOID registration is complete, you will get a confirmation regarding the successful registration on your email ID or mobile number.

How to change SSOID Password in case you have forgotten it?

In case you have forgotten your SSOID password, don’t panic as you can change it easily. All you have to do is click on the “I forgot my password - click here” option on the Rajasthan SSO Portal. After that, type your SSOID or email ID (format: mail.rajasthan.gov.in) and mobile/aadhaar/personal email. Once done, enter the captcha code provided on the screen. Then press the submit button. If the information you provided is correct then SSO portal will send you a new temporary password on your mobile number or email. After this, you can select a new SSOID password.

How to recover SSOID in case you have forgotten it?

Have you forgotten your SSOID and want to recover it? Just follow these instructions. First, visit the official Rajasthan SSO portal and then scroll down, and click on “I forgot my digital identity - click here’. Now, you need to choose Rajasthan SSOID login option from the available options and move on to the next page. Enter the enrolment number you initially used during SSOID registration and validate the OTP received on your mobile number. After verifying OTP, your SSOID will be sent to your mobile number as well as your email. This way you can recover SSOID and use the same to login.

Can SSOID be recovered through SMS?

You can also recover SSOID by sending an SMS to 9223166166. To accomplish this, just type RJ SSO into a message draft and send it from your registered mobile device to the toll-free number. That being said, in order for this recovery option to function, you must have accessed the SSO ID login Rajasthan portal at least once since 7th September, 2018.
