If Company desires to shift its registered office from one city to another within the same state under the jurisdiction of the same ROC, a notice regarding the change of the registered office in India, along with a copy of the special resolution and verification of the new registered office requires to be filed with the ROC within 15 days of each change in form INC-22.

Also, a copy of the special resolution must be filed to ROC in form MGT-14 within 30 days from the date of its approval.
