RCMC Registration Process
The RCMC registration process can be completed on the official RCMC portal of the DGFT. This process includes the following key steps:
Step 1: Logging onto the DGFT RCMC Portal
Visit the official RCMC portal and then click on the ‘services’ tab on the homepage. Now, click on the option ‘E-RCMC’ under the ‘services’ tab. Then, click on the ‘Apply for e-RCMC’ option.
Now, you’ll be required to log into the portal to access the RCMC application form. If you have an IEC number, you automatically have a DGFT ID and password. To proceed, you must enter them.
Step 2: Filling out the RCMC Application Form on the DGFT RCMC Portal
The RCMC application form requires you to provide essential details such as business name, address, contact details, etc. Fill in all these details correctly. Then, choose the relevant export promotion council of India and list the category of your main export products and the period for which you want your RCMC certificate to remain valid.
Step 3: Uploading Crucial Documents on DGFT RCMC Portal
You’ll have to upload all the crucial documents requested by the RCMC portal, such as the GST registration certificate, PAN, etc. For certain products belonging to pharmaceutical or specific chemical categories, you might require additional licenses. Don’t worry. Just contact Registrationwala. We’ll help you with this.
Step 4: Submitting the Application on DGFT RCMC Portal
After filling out the form entirely and uploading all the required details, it’s time to submit your application.
You must review your application carefully and then review a declaration attesting to the accuracy of all the details you provided. If you do not fill out the form correctly, the registration process can be delayed. Once the application is submitted successfully, you will receive a confirmation message.
