How to seek APEDA Registration?

To get under APEDA, the person is required to submit an application form within a month from the date of the commencement of the business. If the exporter of scheduled products doesn’t register under APEDA within the specific time period, the extension of the period can only be done by the Authority. Once the duly filed application is submitted and the prescribed amount is deposited by the applicant, the authority will release a Registration -Cum- Membership- Certificate (RCMC). This APEADA registration is a one-time activity and all the registered members are supposed to abide by the rules & regulations stated under the APEDA Act.
